WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
We support all major credit cards, debit cards, wallets and banks for net banking.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Most orders arrive within 7-10 days of order being confirmed.An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which keep a watch out for a SMS/Email notification that you will receive from us, once your order is shipped.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE INDIA?
We only ship within India.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from De Cosimo confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive a sms confirming the same.
HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS?
‘My Account’ would provide you with complete information of your order including the status. In ‘My Account’, you could click on ‘My Orders’ to get the complete details of your order.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We provide free shipping on all orders.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
De Cosimo uses reputed logistics to deliver products to your door steps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it you.
I HAVE ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER.CAN I ADD MORE ITEMS TO THE SAME ORDER.
No.Once the order is placed, you wouldn’t be able to add more items in it. You can place another order for the items missed out though.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN REQUEST?
All returns requests must be received within 15 days of delivery. To return a product, view the order details in “My Account” section and click on “Return”. You can also email us at support@decosimoitaly.com to register a return request. Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request.
RETURNS WITH PROMO CODE OR DISCOUNT.
If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON DE COSIMO TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You will need to register on the site to place an order.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON DE COSIMO?
There are various benefits of creating an account on De Cosimo, some of the benefits are marketing information on promotions and products, special offers to registered customers.
You will also not need to input the address for the new orders unless there is a change in address. You can also log in review the order history of all the transactions done on that account.
WHEN AND HOW WILL GET MY REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR PRODUCT RETURN?
Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway.
De Cosimo does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at support@decosimoitaly.com (if applicable).
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
- In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at support@decosimoitaly.com
- In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
