RETURNS & EXCHANGE
A ‘Return’ may be understood to mean the action of giving back the item purchased by You on the Website, to De Cosimo in the event the following situations which include but are not limited to the following arise:
(a) A defective or damaged product being dispatched by De Cosimo;
(b) A wrong product being dispatched by De Cosimo.
De Cosimo may at its sole discretion accept the Return irrespective of the terms of the policy.
Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
We encourage You to review the returns and refund policy prior to making the decision to purchase the products. In the event You order a wrong item, You shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
We have a 15-day Returns Policy that gives you the choice to return items purchased from us within 15 days of the products being purchased. You are required to raise a return request containing full details of the order and the products sought to be returned must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of placing the order.
The 15-day policy is not applicable to innerwear/underwear and under garments and once delivered, innerwear may not be returned.
All return items are run past and must fulfill the parameters laid down by our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage. We may in our sole discretion reject such returns.
Return items must be undamaged and returned i) as delivered with all original tags and sewn labels intact ii) an unworn, unopened and unused state.
Return items with damages caused by neglect, improper usage or application is not covered by this returns policy and returns of such products will not be accepted.
Any Special rules during sales or promotional offers might override this Returns Policy.
You can initiate the returns by logging into your De Cosimo Account.Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible.In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. A maximum amount of Rs.100 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of De Cosimo Credits. You can call our customer center on +919934281686 in case of any clarification.
